Due to COVID19 dispatch and delivery dates could be impacted
Due to Covid-19 our couriers are experiencing extremely high volumes and reduced staff that has caused delays within their network. We are working hard to ensure all orders arrive in a prompt and timely manner.
Please allow an additional 3-5 working day delivery time. During this busy period.
Delivery Times and Costs
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Note: you will receive a shipping confirmation email after 2pm on the day after you order. This will contain your tracking information.
If you order before 12pm – Monday to Thursday, your electric scooter order will be dispatched same-day and you will receive it the next business day. Orders placed on Friday to Sunday, will be dispatched Monday, delivered to you on Tuesday.
Please note, we do not dispatch orders on the weekend.
Please be aware that Next Day Working Delivery is NOT guaranteed to the following destinations: Scottish Highlands and you should allow a further 2 – 3 working days to these destinations.
Delivery cost is normally £35 however a lot of our items include free next day delivery (see specific items for details) Saturday Delivery may be available and same day collection will be available (subject to stock) from our premises in Ellough. Signed for deliveries
All electric scooter orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, but rest assure the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for, whether yourself, household member or a neighbour. If No one can sign for the delivery, then it will be considered a failed delivery.
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot. The Courier will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times. Should the scooter not be received by the third attempt then it will be returned to ev-tek ltd.
Ev-tek ltd reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped.
If a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for this parcel, i.e. the customer will have to try to retrieve the parcel themselves, at their cost.
Original box and packaging
Please keep hold of your original box and packaging for at least 30-days, in the event you need to return the product to us.
We cannot accept any electric scooter returns without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, charger, and all other items originally included with it.
International Ordering & Delivery
At this moment we only take orders from the UK.
NOTE Pre order delivery dates are an estimate. Ev tek ltd will not be held responsible if we are unable to deliver the item on that date.
When Pre-Ordering stock, you will need to pay for the item in full. Please click on Pre Order delivery at checkout and we will ship the scooter so that you receive it on the next working day as soon as it arrives in stock.
We will email you as soon as the scooter arrives, and we will let you know when we ship the scooter to you, and you will receive a tracking number.
You can request a refund at any point before the scooter is shipped to you, please get in touch: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to arrange this for you.
